Logos Lighting provides a limited warranty under the hereby-stated terms and conditions.
Warranty Terms
All LED lighting products from Logos Lighting are with a limited warranty from the date of purchase.
1. Customers who purchase LED lighting products directly from Logos Lighting or through authorized distributors of LogosLED.
2. The warranty applies if any of the following occurs:
a. Failure of function with no external factors.
b. LED flickering.
3. Logos Lighting liability under the limited warranty:
a. Within the warranty period, LogosLED provides a free repair service. If a certain item can not be repaired, LogosLED will offer the new one for replacement at no extra cost. In case the model is suspended, LogosLED will replace the item with a similar grade and pricing ones.
b. Within the warranty period, any defective products will be repaired or replaced by LogosLED free of charge.
Please note:
1. The products shall be used under normal conditions or used as instructions recommended in the manual.
2. The products carry their own warranties and should be considered before returning any products.
Return Policy
1. Logos Lighting will replace or repair defective ASAP upon our approved inspection of the returned products.
2. Exclusions – This warranty does not cover the following conditions:
a. Problems caused by improper operation of the buyer, including damages of light source and driver caused by unusual physical or electrical stress, misuse, or negligence, and not installed or maintained according to manual or specification indicated.
b. Goods dismantled or modified without approval from Logos Lighting. Goods are replaced with parts that do not come from LogosLED.
c. Loss of LogosLED’s serial number or label on the products.
d. Repair work done by unauthorized personnel without LogosLED’s approval.
e. Force Majeure and other acts of God.
Return Procedure
To obtain approval for the product return to Logos Lighting, the customer needs to follow our return procedures below:
A. Email the detailed information to the sales who you contact. It should include the invoice number, defective product quantity, items, the testing report of defective products, or proof photos.
B. LogosLED analyzes defective reasons preliminarily according to the defective information provided by the customer.
C. Returned product will be inspected upon arrival at the factory.
Returned products will be inspected upon arrival at the factory. Once a product is determined to be defective, we will repair or replace the product within 15 working days.
Notice: Any return without the authorization of Logos Lighting will not be accepted.
Verification of defective goods: Customers must provide clear pictures or videos to prove that such defects exist.
